K-2022 fair - Jurmet will present the latest WINDER3 slitter

Our team is excited to welcome you at our booth at K-Show 2022.
We are going to present a new model of duplex slitter WINDER3 with state of the art features and design as well as an inspection rewinder LANGER3 and a programmable core cutter CATER-d.

Slitter WINDER3
State of the art duplex slitter with modern design, increased productivity and data management. High class automation inc. automatic knife setting, a possibility to add Smart Converting solutions and highly effective energy saving design makes it a top slitter in its range. A unique design including a modern shape, colours, ambient lighting and 15” intuitive Touch Screen panel correspond with its high technical level.

Rewinder LANGER3
High class inspection rewinder designed for liner-less labels.
Precise tension control and a robust construction allow to run 500m/min whereas an auto knife setting guarantees fast change-over. Taking into consideration the current challenges the rewinder has been designed in a way to save energy thanks to applying a motor working as an energy generator when braking.

Core cutter CATER-d
A programmable core cutter designed to cut cardboard cores allows effective cutting of cores from 1” up to 10” depending on a chosen model. This proven core cutter requires only a minimum setting in order to start cutting. Due to an automatic pulling of cores and an automatic cutting according to the data inserted in a key pad the machine is an ideal solution whenever there is a need for a high number of cuts.
